HK Offers thermocouple replacement elements in both ANS Type J and K in bare, fiberglass and ceramic coating. All of the replacement elements are available in 8ga, 14 ga and 20 ga with standard calibration.
In addition to the base metals, we also produce noble metal thermocouple elements in ANSI Type R and S are provided in accordance with ITS90, and ANSI Type B is provided in accordance with IPTS-68

Thermocouple with Transmitter and Connection Head
HK offers industrial process thermocouples fitted with 4-20 mA programmable linear output transmitter, available with spring loaded sheath and ½” NPT process connection. Temperature transmitter has an accuracy of +/- 0.2% of the temperature range.

HK offers you high accuracy and reliable replacement thermocouples intended to be inserted in your existing or HK make thermowells and protection tubes (SiC, ceramic and metal). These thermocouples are available in 9 different styles, they feature a ceramic insulator to insulate wires. Thermocouples are available in various cast iron or aluminum head options. Ceramic & Silicon Carbide Protection Tube Thermocouple Assemblies
HK offers Choice of Alumina 3450°F (1900°C), Mullite 3100°F(1700°C), Hexoloy SA (sintered silicon carbide) 3000°F (1650°C) or Silicon Carbide (carbon bonded) 2300°F (1260°C), with single or double protection tubes. Each of the assemblies can be with or without threaded mounting bushing.

HK make metal protection tube thermocouple assemblies are widely used in high temperature industrial process heating applications such as furnace, Owens, petrochemical and textile applications up to 2200ºF (1204ºC).
