Brass Terminals
We manufacture high quality nickel plated brass terminals. These nickel plated brass terminals are fitted with nickel platted brass screws they are made from extruded free cutting brass rods as per IS 319 standard with Nickel plating. They are available in various shapes such as :
- Pillar Type
- Round Brass Terminals
- Square Brass Terminals
All the above brass terminals can also be fabricated as per client specifications.

Industrial Ceramics is a customer-focused business manufacturing ceramic components, Assemblies and related products for niche applications within a variety of growth markets.
The different grades manufactured by us in Industrial Ceramics / Technical Ceramics are as follows :
- Porcelain
- Steatite
- Cordierite
- High Alumina
We can provide ceramic blocks of any of the above mentioned grades but majorly the preferred material used is steatite. Ceramic blocks are adjustable for 23mm, 33mm and 45 mm pcd of temperature sensor (thermocouple head) enclosures.
The ceramic blocks are available simplex, duplex or triplex configuration in various shapes as mentioned in our catalogue (code ‘cb’).
These ceramic blocks are also available with/without brass terminal (refer our catalogue under category ‘cbt’).
Temperature Sensor Enclosure(Connection Head)
Connection heads provide the greatest protection for electrical terminations of the transducer and associated instrumentation while maintaining easy access to the terminals. HK connection heads are designed to meet virtually all industrial needs. All our connection heads are fully gasketed for completely weatherproof installations. HK connection heads are available in various materials :
- Aluminum die-cast.

High Temperature Ceramic Tubes

Ceramic Insulator
We manufacture and export a wide variety of ceramic insulators, high temperature ceramic tube, high temperature cement and SS conduits. Ceramic insulators are often used as electrical insulators in chemically and electrically hostile environments. These ceramic insulators are often prepared from compositions containing lead, such as lead silicate. The lead is utilized to lower the firing temperature of the ceramic material and to promote bonding and sintering of other constituents in the ceramic used to form the insulator. High voltage insulators of ceramic materials are mainly used in outdoor switching stations and outdoor lines.

Thermocouple Extension/ Compensating Cables
These Cables Can Also Be Termed As Instrumentation Cables, Since They Are Used For Process Temperature Measurement. The Construction Is Similar To Paired Instrumentation Cable But The Conductor Material Is Different. Thermocouple Are Used In Process To Sense Temperature And Is Connected To The Pyrometers For Indication And Control. The Thermocouple And Pyrometers Are Electrically Connected By Thermocouple Extension/Compensating Cables. The Conductors Used For These Cables Are Required To Have Similar Thermoelectric(Emf) Properties As That To The Thermocouple Used For Sensing The Temperature.
